Search by trademark name, applicant or application / registration number. Address and class filters depend on the jurisdiction. Public search provides a basic starting point; sign in for the full workspace.
Basic search offers a concise set of matches. Advanced search applies additional similarity rules. Rules vary by jurisdiction, with more options for the United States; results still need to be reviewed.
Use the available jurisdiction, class and status filters, or search within the current results. Filters work with the current result set rather than launching an unrestricted new search.
Watch conditions include trademarks, applicants and agent organisations. US applicant-region conditions also support state and address criteria. Available conditions depend on the selected jurisdiction.
Depending on the jurisdiction, options can include new applications, preliminary / opposition publications, registrations, refusals, changes, renewals or cancellations. The types shown for the selected country are the available options.
Sign in and open Monitoring to create a condition. Availability and the number of projects depend on your account permissions and subscription. The current personal plan allows up to 100 projects and the business plan up to 500.
Initial-publication watches can check currently available publication data and save matches. Some other types create a condition for future matches only. No immediate result does not necessarily mean the condition failed.
Review saved conditions and execution history in Monitoring. Matching data can trigger email notifications according to the configured schedule. Check the recipient address and use the available pause, resume or edit controls when your needs change.
Renewal monitoring focuses on renewal windows, expiry dates and grace periods. You can review the two result tabs and configure periodic reports. A trademark watch tracks matching records or publication events; the two tools serve different purposes.
The trademark-search export lets you select fields, save defaults for your account and export XLSX or PDF. It exports the current filtered results within the displayed limit. Export options in other modules may differ.
Use the official registry link where available and check the record details. Coverage, fields and update times vary by jurisdiction; confirm important status and deadline information with the official source.
